About Me
I am an accredited integrative counsellor who is passionate and committed to helping all clients to explore and understand their feelings, and I aim to achieve this by providing tailored counselling sessions. Before creating my business, Reflection, I worked in a voluntary capacity for 2 years at a respected local organisation as a person-centred therapist. In this role, I gained experience of counselling adults who each had varying issues.
Now I work as an integrative counsellor, and I take elements from a variety of therapies which allows me to tailor all sessions to your individual needs. Creating a safe and non-judgemental environment where you can speak openly and honestly about your feelings, I support you on your journey to contentment. Moreover, I believe for counselling to be effective, a rapport between yourself and I needs to be established, which is why I ensure you feel at ease during each session and confident enough to speak frankly about your feelings.
My Location
I am based in Long Eaton, which is around a 10-minute car journey from junction 24 and 25. less than a 5-minute walk from the Long Eaton Train Station, also on a regular bus route too. There is street parking available just outside.
